Aurora

Aurora Aksnes was born on June 15, 1996 in Stavanger Norway. Popularly referred to as Aurora or sometimes stylized with lowercase letters, such as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves, launched in May, 2015 by Decca Records to great approval by music blogs and the media. She has previously made two covers that have been viewed by the world's media: Half the World Away by the band Oasis in a commercial for Christmas by John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. She started playing piano at the age of six, and began making music at the age of nine. Family members didn't even know about this until she was 14. She never had a desire for her to achieve Aurora. Aurora claims she loves creating songs. According to her, music is her preferred method of feeling anything.
